Experience Days

Experience Days

We are always looking to get the most out of every part of our business, and we love to share these experiences with our customers. Keep an eye out for our upcoming events that we organise for the benefit of our staff, our business and your chefs.

Previous Experiences include:

Slowly Does It

With the help of our good friends at EBLEX we were able to treat a group of chefs, press & staff to a fantastic three-course lunch at the fantastic Brigade restaurant on Tooley Street. All in celebration of underused cuts of beef & lamb, slow-cooked to perfection. The meal was accompanied by a craft beer & cider pairing that served to accentuate the wonderful flavours provided by the meal.

See our press release for the lunch below:

Blythburgh Farm Visit

In June 2014, we took a number of chefs to Jimmy Butler’s farm in Suffolk. The home of Blythburgh pork. We arranged a coach to give us a tour of the farm before we headed back to Jimmy’s home and had a chance to taste the pork.

Casterbridge Lamb Day

To coincide with the launch of our Casterbridge Cotswold Lamb, we were hosted to a day at Binley Farm, Kingscote in the heart of the Cotswolds alongside 40 chefs and key staff from some of the UK’s top restaurants, pubs & hotels. The event allowed everyone the opportunity to see and understand the work and welfare involved in raising the lambs.
